Time for some faux-coyote wildlife photography!!!! It’s looking a little wonky due to the storms that came through yesterday. The owner moves it around occasionally, though, so I’m sure our beloved coy-NO-te will be standing up straight sometime soon!
As you can see in the background, the sun was already breaching the horizon, mostly because I had a snifter of vodka last night and so ended up sleeping late. Twenty-five year old me would be horrified by this low alcohol tolerance! LOL! I did wear sunscreen, fear not.
Keely was in the mood to mix things up so we went in the opposite direction (counterclockwise) around Lake Ella than we usually do, and then she tried to herd me into traffic in her attempt to cross Monroe Street. By the time we got home I was super glad I remembered the sunscreen, and Keely was officially done and forcing her way into the house. I didn’t check before I started, but it’s already over 80°F now so I suspect it was in the high 70s earlier. Summer do be draggin’.
