We got up a bit after 6:00 am but the “30% chance of rain” promised by my weather app failed to mention that said 30% was on top of our heads. Sooooo, it was a “breakfast first” kind of morning as we waited for the storm to pass. Finally went out at 8:00 am, but lo! The sky was still dark and cloudy. I did not take us to Lake Ella, instead just planning to go around the block in case it rained…which it did. *sigh* At least Keely got a chance to do her business, especially since more rain is promised later.
Which is all to say, have another photo from earlier in the week, featuring my most beloved tech-tree, the big radio tower over the cop shop. I really liked the symmetry of the reflection in the water:
I’m still hard at work on my super seekrit project, and alas it will not be ready by the end of the month like I hoped. Maybe another week or two yet of work on it before I can DO THE THING. I’ll be talking about this a lot more soon, I’m sure you cannot wait. 😀
