As you can probably tell from the title of this post, I was discombobulated this morning by a lot. I really thought it was Wednesday, and was rushing through my morning so I could go vote and be back in time for Gina to pick me up for co-working Wednesday.
Wednesday. Which is tomorrow.
She was really confused when I texted her that I might be running late for pick up!!!!
Anyway I got myself somewhat sorted out and then went to vote in the FL primaries, which I hope everyone in FL is doing too (I mean, I don’t hold out much hope, but I hope anyway!). My polling station has moved to a much more convenient and closer location at Lafayette Park, which is only about a 10 minute walk away. But, that was on top of a 45 min dog walk and 30 minutes of dancing, so yeah, I’m happy to sit down for a while!
I stopped by RedEye coffee after voting to treat myself, and noticed that the old Fire Betty’s location is still unoccupied. Seems there is some cleanup going on inside? But there is no “for rent” sign and nothing has been there for a couple of years now. I wonder if there are other plans for it?
