dawn at Lake Ella

12/8/2022 – Thursday

I’m slow moving today, mostly because yesterday was loooong. I was co-working at Domi Station with Gina all day, then we attended the Women Wednesdays event there in the evening. It was a great presentation by Heidi Otway, well worth staying for!

Which means we did not get out until 8:00 am, and although it was 64°F it was also 94% humidity which made the walk damp and not very pleasant. Keely went off track because absolutely refused to head down to Lake Ella! She not too stubborn usually, but when she puts her mind to something then good luck moving that little tank potato, she’s not having it. I let her take the lead and we wound up going down Thomasville Rd. for a bit before circling around.

Not much news to report about Midtown other than that the old Sōdough location has finally been reopened as another Tallulah store (the fourth in town, I think?), which sells cannabis products.

This photo was taken earlier this week at Lake Ella. I really loved the “big sky” effect so cropped and color enhanced just a tad bit in Affinity Photo to accentuate it:
