Threw my whole morning off, but at least we have the necessities! The drawback is that when I got home I jumped immediately into doing work and forgot to update this blog. *sigh*
This was a nice shot taken from the sidewalk on Monroe St., looking out over Lake Ella from a higher elevation than I usually get to see (I think it’s about a 4ft. elevation, but still…) as I’m usually walking on the sidewalk that in the photo. Alas, the trashcan being right there kind of mars the landscape, but better to have trashcans than not. There used to be a bench there too, but it got torn out by the city as part of its anti-homeless measures. Because it’s better that NO ONE be allowed to sit down at the park than allow THOSE KINDS OF PEOPLE to sit down at the park. One thing that unites both the right and the left are anti-homeless measures.
