Another lazy morning, how I love them! We still got out a bit before 7:00 am, and it was already 70°F! Woe!
Keely was her usual self, alternating between sleepy and perky. Truly not a morning dog! But as the temps creep up along with the dates on the calendar, I have to keep her longest walk during the cooler hours of early morning, alas.

Today is COVID Booster Take II. This time, avoiding CVS entirely and going to Publix, which means I can also pick up a few groceries while I’m there. When I was walking down to CVS yesterday, I noticed that the used car store on the corner of Tharpe and Monroe seems closed now. That location has always been a used car lot but it’s changed hands SO many times over the years. It’s an ideal location for a drive through (in fact I’d wager the original building probably used to be a fast food restaurant?) but who knows, with the zoning. Curious as to see what goes in there next.
As for the Farm Store up near me, the porta-potty has been disappeared, and I think I saw a few more boxes in the building. Maybe some progress, then?
