COVID booster update: Getting it was fast and easy and free, and while my arm is pretty tender where I got the jab, I’m otherwise feeling fine. I was a little scatterbrained last night, but I’m not sure if that was due to the vax or, well, all the current events. Even fandom had its own uproar going on, there was no escape. 🙁
Not really relevant but talked with a friend on Monday about Our Flag Means Death costuming and we came to this conclusion:
- Stede: most historically accurate costumes, beautifully done
- Blackbeard (Teach): Mad Max cosplay
- Everyone else: Target sales
This is short as I’m on a timer; headed to Domi station for co-working day and my ride is incoming! So I leave you with this funky guy, who was sunning himself on a berm when I was walking up to Publix…def not the Tortoise of Slaughter, despite the posturing!
