I felt terrible half the night so that by the time I did fall asleep I went down like a stone in water. I ended up oversleeping and in the end was even late signing into work.
Which means this morning’s photograph was taken well past dawn, at about 8:30 am. Florida’s vast blue skies are certainly spectacular sometimes!
There were a LOT more people at the park than I am used to, and since I generally don’t wear a mask while walking Keely (unless I plan to stop somewhere) I spent a lot of time dodging because, of course, no one else was wearing a mask either.
Hey did I mention our COVID19 cases spiked in Florida yesterday by nearly 4k? Not that our governor gives a damn, but that’s a lot. *sigh*
Keely was feeling off as well, and since it was already warming up and I was already late for work, we cut it short. But she avoided her breakfast, which has never happened before, letting it sit there on the floor while she went back to my bed and crashed out. She has been fine since and I got her to eat her food by coaxing her to do it later, but still, very odd. I’m keeping a close eye on her but nothing else seems out of alignment. Her health scare of last summer feels like forever ago and yet I have not quite moved on to not being anxious about it.
